TI/11/12 - Adoxx Compilador de Meta-Modelos: Métodos de Modelado para Sistemas Robóticos
Ingeniería de Software
Resumen
Project motivation: A growing number of groups around the world design their individual modelling methods, in addition to existing standard ones (e.g., UML) for a variety of application domains. Modelling methods provide the necessary concepts capable to capture relevant domain knowledge in terms of models that describe relevant aspects of the application domain. According to [1,2] the entire spectrum of a modelling method range from language artifacts and a dedicated process to functionality in terms of platform mechanisms. Assuming these three major building blocks of a modelling method, in sequel, the primary focus is on modelling languages, developed by applying a metamodel-based approach (cf. [3,4]).Likewise in research and practice the development of Domain-Specific Modelling Languages (DSML) is one major challenge in Model-Driven Engineering (MDE), shifting the code-centric view in software development to a higher level of abstraction.
